Conceptual Development
Philip Clayden: Director/Design
Philip Clayden works with clients to develop display concepts, furniture and layout designs. He specialises in public spaces, interior and exterior, where fittings need to be both aesthetically attractive and robust. As SolidArt team leader he co-ordinates projects and provides the main point of contact for clients.
Sophie Scruton: Design and Interpretation
Sophie Scruton helps clients with the interpretation and presentation of their collection or their historic place, whether for exhibition purposes or for publication.

Linda Francis: Graphic Design
Linda has many years’ experience as a graphic designer, working in a variety of formats, from indoor and outdoor panels to guides, packs, leaflets, posters and other printed material.
Helen Shackleton: Scenic Paintings/Murals
Helen Shackleton has the imagination and skills to transform a space into a unique, colourful and inspiring place for audiences of all ages and abilities.
Christine Williams: Model Making
Christine Williams has twenty-five years’ experience in interpreting our landscape, our heritage and the natural world. Her work ranges from three-dimensional maps, replicas and architectural reconstructions to natural history models.
Dominic Andrews: Archaeological Reconstruction
As an artist and archaeologist, Dominic Andrews specialises in interpreting archaeological evidence to create realistic and accessible images of our past.
Communications
Debbie Clayden: Writing/Editing
Debbie Clayden is SolidArt’s wordsmith, and our sales and marketing person. Following an eighteen-year career in publishing she now focuses on helping our clients communicate with their audiences.
Natalie Ganpatsingh: Creative Web Design
Natalie Ganpatsingh is the Creative Director of SolidArt’s web partners, Creatrix Web Design Studio. She is a firm believer in the web as a key outreach tool and specialises in creating educational resource websites.
Richard Ganpatsingh: Web Development
Richard, Technical Director of SolidArt’s web partner, Creatrix Web Design Studio, can help museums and heritage centres connect with their audiences, including the web-savvy youth of today, revitalising interest in their community, past and present.
Sue Reeves: Photography
Sue Reeves… shoots people! Sue’s documentary style, candid shots tell the story in a way that words alone can’t, and are invaluable for research and promotion alike.
Robert Lewis: Audiovisual Systems Design / Sound Production
Robert Lewis specializes in audiovisual systems design as well as sound and music production. His audiovisuals enrich the exhibition experience by telling the story while drawing on aspects of the exhibition’s physical environment.

Miranda Ford: Income Generation Consultancy
Miranda Ford is a consultant for the not-for-profit sector, specialising in strategy, feasibility and problem solving. She was Project Manager and Income Generator for the relaunched Athelstan Museum in Malmesbury, shortlisted for a 2009 Museums and Heritage Award.
Pippa Griffith: Museum Consultancy
Pippa Griffith is a Museum Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of museum work, particularly collections management, exhibition work and working with volunteers.
